*Location: **Atlanta, GA  *

*Duration: **6+ Months*



This position requires candidate to be on-site day 1 ( Associate required
to be in on-site POS lab as required, 3-4 days in a week ). We cannot
onboard candidate to work from remote .



*Must have*:, C, Unix Shell Scripting



JD Requirement: Candidate has to be strong on Unix shell scripting



Skills Required:

1. Support Analyst with Minimum 4-8+ Years of Hands on Experience in C++
etc., or above.

2. Has exposure in Supporting & performing Minor enhancements of
applications developed using technologies like  C++

3. Extensive knowledge on Unix/Linux.

4. Poses knowledge on Unix Shell Script ,PERL & SQL.

5. Good to have people who have worked on Support Projects.



R&R

1.       Resolve Incidents & Service request for the application supported

2.       Proactively plan the Upgrades & outages for the application
supported

3.       Perform enhancements to the applications developed using C++

4.       Drive Automation and Standard Operating Procedures as part of
left-shift

5.       Effort Estimation and planning for  enhancements & Bug fixes

6.       Drive CSI and Innovation from Onsite

7.       Help with setting up new processes for Incident, Change , Problem
and Release for new applications add to the scope

8.       Poses Good knowledge on SQL or any relational DB.5. Good to have
people who have worked on Support Projects.

9.       Coordinate with offshore & Onsite team & Client vendor team to
perform root cause analysis

10.   Drive issue call – P1, P2 like critical incident management &
escalate to the higher management when re
