o The AMM program is a key part of our overall technology integration efforts
across Pharmaceutical Client and recently acquired Allergan technologies. The
goal of the program is to retain the best of our applications across both
Legacy Allergan and Legacy Pharmaceutical Client, with final disposition of all
applications resulting in a variety of potential outcomes that include
retaining & upgrading applications, merging data between 2
same-applications, migrating data from 1 like-application to another
like-application, as well as any necessary application
retirements/deactivations, with accompanying data archiving. These application

As a member of the overall AMM program described above, this Project Manager

SAP MM PTP (Procure to Pay) Consultant

What Will Make an Impact:
Collaborate with Purchasing, Supplier
Relationship, Vendor Management, internal collaborative partners, and other
finance and corporate personnel to identify new opportunities and to negotiate
project execution as planned.
Assist with coordinating activities across
delivery teams and business areas to effectively interact with internal
stakeholders during assessment initiatives and ongoing projects.
Maintain knowledge of current procurement
trends, vendor capabilities and changes within the procurement landscape for
traditional and emerging solutions.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree, 10+ years of experience as
BSA, 5+ in Procurement
Knowledge of Supplier Management, Indirect
Procurement, Information Technology, and general corporate business operations.
Good understanding of supplier onboarding,
risk, qualification process and procurement process steps such as bids, RFQs,
RFPs, RFIs.
Ability to build strong internal relationships
with key stakeholders across multiple business units with strong communication
skills.
Ability to be creative and innovative in
identifying potential areas that would benefit from procurement initiatives.
Preferred:
SAP / Ariba knowledge

SAP EDI interface functional
design consultant with experience of EDI940,EDI945, EDI 850, EDI 947 etc
mapping design with 3PL and TPM
Act as SME for BTS Systems &
Support Recommendations for EDI,
Coordinate
with Enterprise Applications (EA) team and their representative to ensure EDI
tasks for OPENTEXT are complete on time by partners for sites with EDI
connectivity.

EDIFACT and occasional other types
Extensive
map changes, using spec's, creating re-usable code in Ext Rule Library,
810,
820, 830, 850, 855, 856, 857, plus
Invoices,
Schedule Agreements, Purchase Orders, Acknowledgements, ASN's(including packing
Handling Units), Raw Text Notices, etc
Correct
and retranslate any EDI documents that fail during translation. Try to address
root cause of errors and correct at that spot.
Serve
as liaison with key users in specific functional areas of the business.
Evaluate
EDI practices, products, and procedures, and make recommendations for new EDI
applications, as well as procedural changes, based on industry knowledge.
Familiar
with FTP, AS2, OFTP2, VDA, VAN connections
Manage
and implement new trading partnerships supported documents.
