We have urgent requirement with one of our Direct clients (No hidden Layers) , please review below job description and let me know your interest    Position ID: DYESJP00016433 Title: IT Analyst (Training -ComplianceWire LMS / Sum Total) Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 12 Months+ Rate: $ 40/HR (max)   Locals Preferred - Hybrid Remote (3 days Onsite - 2 days remote/ week)   Compliance Training Learning Management System     Description:   Assure that employees are trained on time by routing documents and scheduling classes for individual employees. Gather data and report training metrics to management. Assure that the training data gets entered into the LMS. May require other training responsibilities as directed. This individual must be able to work independently as well as with others. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and follow-up skills needed. Must be able to work under timelines and assure that training is performed within target dates. An error can cause compliance issues in such that if an employee is not trained on time or has not been adequately trained, the area can receive audit observations. High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred. Knowledge and understanding of training in a regulated environment desired. 4-7 years of experience. NOTES FROM INTAKE CALL: Gather data and report training metrics to management. Assure that the training data gets entered into the LMS. May require other training responsibilities as directed. This individual must be able to work independently as well as with others. Excellent data entry skills, interpersonal, communication, organizational and follow-up skills needed. Must be able to work under extremely tight timelines and assure that training is completed within target dates. A data entry error can cause compliance issues in such that if an employee is not trained on time or has not been adequately trained, the area can receive audit observations resulting in nonconformance reports . High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred. Knowledge and understanding of training in a regulated environment desired. 4-7 years of training LMS experience. This position is extremely busy and deadline driven. Dependability is a key attribute and once trained, need the ability to complete tasks with complete accuracy and little supervision. Daily communication throughout the day (Central Standard Time 7 a.m. 3:30 p.m.), to ensure timelines are met and workloads are distributed (if help is needed). Ability to change projects and directions immediately. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. What are the top 5 skills/requirements this person is required have? a. Required Skill 1: Excellent data entry skills; Attention to detail- must identify training record discrepancies and changes. Ability to successfully perform investigations with user data b. Required Skill 2: familiar with running LMS reports to find learning non-compliances c. Required Skill 3: Provide exceptional end-user support d. Required Skill 4: Comfortable and competent navigating LMS systems e. Required Skill 5: Knowledge of Microsoft 0365 Suite of Office products 3) What years of experience, education, and/or certification is required? High school or Associates degree 4) What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification? Experience with Sum Total and/or ComplianceWire LMS 5) What is the environment that this person will be working in (i.e. group setting vs individual role)? Mostly virtual but will be required to come in for a two week period for orientation and training (Waukegan, Illinois) 6) Is any testing required for this role? no 7) Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role? Yes, but needed first two weeks for training and orientation. If remote opportunity exists, what are the options (i.e. 1 day remote, 4 days on-site)?
