8+ Years’ Experience *Sr Cloud Engineer* *6+ Month Contract* *Bothell, WA REMOTE* *Required Skills:* - Azure - Either strong Google Cloud or Azure Engineering skills (bonus if they have exposure to both) - Strong CI/CD skills with preferences to GitHub Actions - Strong background in Cloud networking skills, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting - Strong knowledge of networking, load balancing and routing protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, IPSEC) - Experience using scripting technologies like Powershell - Knowledge of configuration technologies like Ansible, Terraform or equivalent Background: - CI/CD skills: understand GitHub Actions (repositories and CI/CD pipelines. They build infrastructure with terraform and run in GitHub actions). Need to be able to set up CICD pipelines, but not coding. - Strong Google Cloud or Azure Engineering background. - Cloud networking skills, configuration, admin, troubleshooting. Understand: How does it connect to AD or a proxy? Configuration of these type of things will be what they focus on. Understand: How do you handle DNS? security and routing, build an whole infrastructure and make it more server less - experience scripting in PowerShell. - Terraform knowledge They will likely use Ansible (not using now) Terraform modules but need to know how the Terraform modules work.
