Create, execute, and ensure timely delivery of communications for technology deployments to the global business community. Aid in the development of professional, executive-level PowerPoint presentations incorporating simple and creative graphics. Examples of deliverables include end user emails, success stories/wins, executive summaries and presentations, project status updates, news articles, short posts, video scripts, digital signage, and physical posters/banners. Must haves: * Ability to write, edit, and develop engaging and visually appealing communications in support of projects targeting business colleagues using simple and succinct language to describe technical changes. * Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with and influence coworkers, project team members, and various levels across the organization, including executives. * Strong technical skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. * Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented team player who is also flexible and comfortable with ambiguity. * Ability to adapt communication style, techniques or methods to meet end user needs, observe and interpret behavioral cues, listen with empathy to understand users' frame of reference, coach and provide feedback. * Experience developing and issuing communications using email delivery platforms such as Staffbase (Bananatag) preferred. * Degree and/or experience in communications or journalism a plus. Utilize standard IT communication templates and processes for deploying global communications. Ensure all communication deliverables are aligned with branding guidelines; format, organize, and package communication assets prior to delivery. Collaborate with Change Management Practitioners on various projects to share best practices. Utilize established Change Management logs and status reports to document work and productivity. Work with the Change Management Associate Director to identify and pursue related initiatives that will improve internal communications, promote employee engagement, and support/promote company culture and shared values. This role reports to the Change Management Manager and will attend regular staff and one-on-one meetings, and all project meetings as required. Work with technical subject matter experts to understand content. Work with project team and global communities to identify the target audience's training needs. Examples of deliverables include live instructor-led training, training exercises and activities, job aids/how-to guides, cheat sheets, supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations), tests, quizzes, or surveys to measure course effectiveness, and train-the-trainer sessions. Collaborate with Change Management Practitioner, Communication Specialist, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of training to global audiences Must haves: * 3-5years experience of instructional design.experience, creativity, and flexibility. * Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models. * Ability to write instructional text, audio, and video scripts. * Ability to set learning objectives and create matching content. * Ability to analyze and apply learning technology and instructional design trends and best practices. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with and influence coworkers, project team members, and various levels across the organization, including executives. * Proven ability to adapt communication style, techniques, or methods to meet end user needs, observe and interpret behavioral cues, listen with empathy to understand users' frame of reference, coach and provide feedback. * Strong technical skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. * Experience in technology and business setting preferred. * Deep knowledge of the intricacies of PowerPoint preferred.
