Description:

BSA (Business System Analyst) will be responsible to support IT teams with 
establishment of new and updates to existing websites. The BSA will work 
closely with Leads and Development teams in web initiatives, to support the 
achievement of critical milestones by tracking key projects and initiatives and 
coordinate team responses to critical issues.
He/she will be responsible for assisting with planning and overseeing multiple 
projects at once from ideation to completion, including analyzing business 
requirements; assessing feasibility, and making recommendations typically 
seeking to leverage new or existing technology components; translating business 
requirements into functional requirements; and helping secure cross-functional 
alignment on project scope, benefits, cost, and timeline. He/she is expected to 
work effectively across various IT Shared Services teams, external third-party 
service providers, and other Commercial business stakeholders.
He/she shall ensure teams are following corporate and divisional policies and 
procedures related to systems development, systems support and compliance.



Responsibilities
• Gathers development requirements, works with Agencies, Business and 
Development Lead to ensure the Build team has everything needed for development 
activities
• Manages and oversees implementation of web solutions requiring integrations 
with multiple IT teams.
• Maintains project’s portfolio and capture demand for upcoming projects.
• Establishes and maintains high-quality relationships with all 
cross-functional areas within commercial operations and develops a working 
knowledge in the science of the diseases, the business, and challenges.
• Communicates project progress by producing project reports to provide timely 
and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team, 
Department and Division management.
• Understands end-to-end web system processes, effectively communicates project 
risks and issues.
• Track “lessons learned” from project issues and risks and from completed 
Retrospectives.
• Prepares concise and informative PowerPoint presentations summarizing 
process, insights, issues, risks, and decisions.
• Develops a working knowledge of Pharmaceutical client web capabilities 
including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics tools.
• Work with AEM subject matter expert to perform high-level gap analysis of 
website creatives to ensure they fit in web platform(s) framework.
• Exhibits a culture of integrity, excellence, initiative, and compliance.

Qualifications

Skills/Experience Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a Commercial 
related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in web systems is required.
• Strong and effective communications with both technical and business teams on 
topics related to decisioning platforms, solutions, etc.
• Strong organizational capabilities with ability to self-manage time and 
multiple priorities.
• Strong information and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is 
required.
• Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Project/portfolio management experience is preferred.

Description:

Manage and implement MES system changes and recipes to align with business 
objectives.

Identify and drive compliance with IT, safety, regulatory, operational and 
organizational requirements. Responsible for ensuring that all Operations SAP & 
POMSnet activities are completed to support Commercial Products and New Product 
Introductions.

·         ​Experience implementing robust manufacturing systems and processes

·         Strong knowledge of supply chain management or manufacturing 
processes, having the ability to implement strategies to improve the efficiency 
of the process

·         Understanding of integration between MES, PLM, ERP and

·         Experience with equipment integration and shop floor systems

·         Experience with POMSnet recipe and base data update/creation

·         Demonstrate end to end understanding of process flow, able to gather 
requirements, design, develop and build recipes

·         Able to convert the requirements into a process flow and present it 
to customers Testing and Validation of MES

·         Partner with the functional groups within the IT organization to 
communicate and clarify business needs, contribute to development of long-range

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred or equivalent plus 
3-5 years technical experience

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Experience with global scale manufacturing systems (POMSNet) 
development, integration, and support

·         Strong skills in methods and technologies to support manufacturing 
data integrations (SQL, Web Services, data mapping etc.)

·         Knowledge of Oracle Pl/SQL, Label printers, Scanners Configuration 
and support

·         Ability to apply knowledge and expertise to solve complex technical

Qualifications:
