Qualifications: · Experiencein the Investment Management industry for a minimum of twelve years, ideallysupporting or working with buy-side technology. · Directexperience working with trading systems and an understanding of program andalgorithmic trading workflows. In-depth experience with CRIMS required. · Extensiveexperience with equity, fixed income currency and derivative based securities · Solidproblem-solving skills with the ability to develop, build and test thoroughlycreative solutions to meet business needs. · Provenindependent and focused worker who implements systematic solutions for ourtrading stakeholders. · Strongtechnical knowledge around data harvesting, and data base mapping to supportdaily business processes. Good working experience with databases and SQL. · Provendocumentation and analytical skills for gathering business requirements,functional specifications, and test plans. · Experienceworking in Agile Scrum development teams and knowledgeable of Agile Scrumprocesses and participation in associated ceremonies/events.
