Below is the Detailed JD:
Patching and Maintenance-
Co-ordinate with customer network and platform teams on Globalscape server patching activities(on a weekly and monthly basis)
Perform pre & post patching activities and validation
- Daylight savings activities
Administer Electronic File Transfer Program using GlobalScape EFT, DMZ gateway and Business Activity Monitoring and Web Portal tools.
Runtime Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning
Certificate Management
Ensure the security of file transfers utilizing protocols such as HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP, AS2
