Title: CitrixAdministrator / Senior

This role will solve complex and broad businessproblems with simple and
straightforward solutions. Through code, cloud, andon-prem infrastructure, you
will configure, maintain, monitor, and optimizeapplications and their
associated infrastructure to decompose and iterativelyimprove on existing
solutions. Additionally, the role will continuously improvethe Virtual Desktop
Infrastructure service and provide Tier 3 level support forVDI infrastructure
and VDI users. A strong background in Citrix and/or othervirtual desktop
products is required.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x + administration
- Experience with Citrix PVS administration
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java,
Nodejs, PowerShell
- Experience in observability, such as white and black box monitoring,
service level objective alerting, and telemetry collection using tools such as
Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and others
- Technical writing and presentation skills with the ability to effectively
communicate with all levels of customer organization
- Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools
- Experience with creating functional software and desktop images
- Experience with enterprise-wide software and desktop deployments
- Experience with providing technical support
- Experience with resolving system security issues
- Experience in Windows Server 2016 +, and Windows 10 + systems
administration

Preferred Skills:
- Continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset in building and
integrating tools with usability, business value, and metrics in mind.
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration, including Group Policy
Objects (GPO) management
- Knowledge of configuration and management of HP Blades and Nutanix
hardware solutions
