Title: Location: Any where in USA (Remote) Duration: Long Term Need 9+ Years of Experience Candidate Job description As a ServiceNow CMDB Developer, you will apply your extensive knowledge of ServiceNow to configure core tables, relationships, and discovery to support company processes for various internal groups and our customers. The ideal candidate is a master of ServiceNow development working closely with the ServiceNow team. This candidate should possess the skills and essential knowledge necessary to design, build, and customize Lemongrass CMDB within ServiceNow. We are looking for a technically savvy resource that can deliver new functionality and innovative solutions and be a lead contributor in the entire development life cycle. · Providing insight and expertise into the ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery capabilities and roadmap · Identify Configuration Items (CIs) and map to the ServiceNow application model · Control CI information, ensure upstream/ downstream relationships are built connecting CIs to Application/Technical Services and validate the relationships · Perform verification and regular audits of CMDB information · Maintain quality of data, relationship and lifecycle of CIs in ServiceNow CMDB · Ensure the linkage between CMDB and ITIL Processes, such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog are maintained and offer optimum value · Collect and validate information about the current state of CIs, escalate issues to the relevant owners · Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Rest API design, web services, database integrations) · Work with the client and business stakeholders to create workflows, working demos, and prototypes prior to full deployment within the ServiceNow environment · Experience operating in an agile software development · Working closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps · Communicating with technical and non-technical customers related to ServiceNow Platform · Be an ambassador for the ServiceNow CMDB and educate our business partners how to better leverage the native features, as well as helping them understanding the customization capabilities Requirements: · 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM, CMDB, scripting, client scripts, data imports, and development methods · Experience with implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB integrations in ServiceNow · Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform · Solved complex business problems · Demonstrated Excellent written and oral communication skills with non-technical staff · Ability to work independently with minimal direction · ServiceNow Certification, Certified Application Developer Thanks & Regards Arun | Sr. Technical Recruiter KLNtek324 E Foothill Blvd, Ste 206, 91006 Arcadia, California [email protected] +1 (626)-346-9382 | | Virus-free.www.avast.com | -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
