Design and build out of RPA solutions using artificial intelligence capabilities within RPA, and assist in resolving complex RPA solution problems. 2. Clearly identify roles and permissions within technology solutions using *UiPath RPA software* 3. Create needed technical documentation to meet IRS governance needs and support CSS efforts in support of the RPA Center of Excellence 4. Provide on-site technical support to plan/develop/program new development of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) BOTS USING UIPATH, to automate processes and mini tasks, and improve interoperability for other customer service support tools and develop new use cases 5. Provide hands-on technical support for Operations & Maintenance of existing UiPath RPA Bots including creation/updating/development of operating manuals/guides and RPA training support for internal IRS staff 6. Complete Robotics Process Automation (RPA) BOTS using UIPath automations with supporting technical and maintenance documentation for identified CSS use cases 7. Support activities involved in developing and maintaining ServiceNow Technical Operations Support such as Plans, Procedures, processes, schedules, guidance material, testing of migrations, migration of current and past ITSD (IT Service Desk data), knowledge transfer *Qualifications:* Education - Bachelor's or equivalent Yrs. of Experience - 10+ Technical Skills - UI Path Additional Skills/Technologies - Service ITSM (Service Management) Certifications - UI Path Developer (Preferred but not mandatory) 1.
