• Running of jobs, monitoring and resolving exceptions.
• Handling production incidents and support requests within our SLA.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary.
• Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures Runbook in SharePoint.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Perform scheduled tasks supporting deployments and releases.
