*Role: Website Content Manager/Developer*
*Duration: 9 Months*
*Location: Remote*
*Work Authorization*
- *Public Trust Clearance*: Required for personnel working on this
contract.
- *Work Visa Eligibility*: *Work visa holders are not eligible*
This individual will be responsible for front-end development, content
management, technical environment support, and decommissioning activities,
as indicated by the SOO. The FTE must be able to handle all the outlined
tasks without the need for additional staff.
- *Key Responsibilities*:
- *Front-End Development*: Develop and maintain interactive web
elements, troubleshoot interface problems, and deploy new features.
- *Content Management and Development*: Create, edit, and monitor
website content. Perform plain language reviews and quarterly site audits.
- *Technical Support*: Monitor website performance using tools such
as SiteImprove, Google Analytics, and Crazy Egg. Coordinate with
PRAC staff
to address performance issues.
- *Decommissioning Activities*: Prepare for the decommissioning of
the PandemicOversight.gov website, including coordination with NARA for
archiving.
- *Technologies Required*:
- *Frontend Development*: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Drupal
(CMS).
- *Backend/Infrastructure*: Coordination with other contractors for
backend support.
- *Monitoring Tools*: SiteImprove, Google Analytics, and Crazy Egg.
- *CMS*: Drupal (Azure environment).
*Qualifications and Certifications*
- *Experience*:
- Experience in *front-end development* using the technologies
mentioned above.
- Experience with *content management* and plain language review.
- Familiarity with *508 compliance* standards.
- Prior experience in managing *Drupal-based websites*.
- Experience with *website decommissioning* and archiving processes.
*Certifications*: No specific certifications beyond general industry
standards are mentioned. However, knowledge of 508 compliance and public
trust clearance requirements may be beneficial.
