This role also involves creating and deploying custom health dashboards and optimizing out-of-the-box dashboards to enhance operational insights and business outcomes. *Role Description Skills:* Network Specialist with SRE Principles Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Network Specialist with a strong background in analyzing and optimizing network architecture, infrastructure, and security. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and extensive expertise in routers, firewalls, incident management, cloud networking, data center networking, and network observability. Preferred candidates will also have experience in payment network design and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience. *Key Responsibilities* 1.ServiceNow Platform Development & Administration Architect, configure, and manage the ServiceNow CMDB for effective asset and service tracking. Deploy and maintain MID Servers to enable robust system integrations and data aggregation. Drive ITOM implementations, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping. 2. Dashboards and Monitoring Solutions Develop and deploy custom health dashboards tailored to customer and organizational requirements. Enhance and maintain out-of-the-box dashboards for better data visualization and reporting. 3. Integration and API Development Design and implement secure APIs (REST/SOAP) for seamless system integrations. Ensure compliance with security protocols, including mTLS configuration for secure data communications. 4. Advanced Configuration and Customization o Model Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) for effective software asset tracking and compliance. Implement advanced ITOM solutions to optimize service delivery and monitoring. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration o Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators. 6. Documentation and Best Practices Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and customizations.
