Strong foundation in core Java concepts (collections, multithreading, JVM internals, performance tuning). Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and REST APIs. Proficiency in microservices design patterns and distributed system architecture. Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, scaling). Experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, query optimization). Expertise in system integrations (SOAP/REST APIs, message brokers, external systems). Familiarity with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, etc.). Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile teams. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with security best practices in microservices and integrations. Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, integration testing).
