Job Description:
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) requires the services of one (1) .NET Develoer Programmer Analyst level 3, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC .NET Developer Programmer Analyst, level 3 and the specifications outlined in this document for TWC.
Scope/Description of Services
The Worker(s) will provide the following services:
Perform advanced automated systems development work as a member of the IT Scheduled Releases team. Responsible for activities during all phases of the system development life cycle including analyzing, diagnosing and resolving software, data, hardware and reporting problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients. Develop and test web applications that meet design specifications, including accessibility and usability requirements. Document current processes, review written specification additions/modifications and create test cases for submitted defects involving new and modified program policies. Analyze, design, and develop logical, structured programs and systems appropriate to customer needs which are well-documented programs and that may be maintained by others. Ensure adherence to program documentation and procedural standards, and management goals and objectives. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.

| 8 | Experience using SQL (Structured Query Language) |
| 8 | Experience using Version Control |
| 8 | Recent experience with Razor View Engine and/or Entity Framework |
| 8 | Experience with web development |
| 8 | Experience with HTML, CSS, _javascript_, JQuery, Bootstrap |
| 8 | Experience using Microfocus ALM Octane (Application Lifecycle Management) |
| 8 | Experience with building Accessible web applications |
| 8 | Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, practices and techniques of application programming and software design |
| 8 | Ability to accurately test software applications using a data driven development approach |
