A week after falling from "just outside of the preseason top 25" (26th)
to 27th in the ESPN/USA Today Top 25, a pair of huge wins propelled Mark
Gottfried's Alabama men's basketbale team into the ESPN/USA Today Top 25
Coaches Poll, released about an hour ago. Alabama makes its 2001-02
debut in the poll at 22nd, with 106 points.
