Spinners are those rims that actually have a part of them that spin even after the tires stop rotating. Appears that the rims are still spinning after the car stops. Very cool looking.
24s are one size of tires that are usually combined with the above. Also can have 20s and 22s, depending on your wheel well clearance. Hydraulics are used to shake, bounce and make the car (or 'Sclade) dance. (up and down) Kinda like REALLY souped up air shocks.
