Problem with this logic: You're assuming he HAS a heart. I'm not
so sure of that.

and I offered Mr. Gallion an appearance for the
preceeding Friday but Mr. Gallion felt that there was inadequate time for
notices to be sent etc. He and his local U of A
attorneys were most kind and understanding when I told them I would be
unable to meet with them on the date of the subpoena.
I really wanted the Friday meeting to take place because my heart surgeon in
discussing my operation and post recovery said
that he wanted me to avoid stress for at least 6 months after the
operation--and meeting with attorneys is certainly stress!"
