I'll agree that including the Feds seems far fetched, but I would imagine that it goes back to what an attorney friend of mine told me years ago. When you sue, sue EVERYONE that could possibly be included, for AS MUCH as you can possibly figure on. As he put it, it is usually easier to drop a defendant than it is to add one, and you can always settle for less $$$ than you sued for. Makes sense to me.
And as far as tenn dud is concerned, before all of this happened, I thought he was just a big bag of rancid smelling air. Which he still is, but he does have some good sources somewhere because I did read his post, spelling out the penalties that we received, at least three hours before the penalties were announced. I just hope that his sources are in the ncaa and/or sec offices. If there is any one in the Alabama AD who would do anything more than just piss on tenn dud, much less provide him with inside information, that person definitely needs to be fired and banned from the state.
