My opinion (not that it counts for much)
He didn't rape her, it was consensual.
Afterward (and after talking with friends)she figured that she could parlay her
encounter into mega-bucks.
She messed big time.
1. By having sex with at least 1 (maybe 2) other males PRIOR to going to the hospital
and reporting it to the police.
2. Thinking that text messaging cannot be retrieved by her cell phone provider.
I think the prosecution f'd up on many issues as well. In any event, his image was
tarnished and he is out 5 mil for the "I f'd up" ring he had to buy his wife. Waahhh!
Cry me a river. On the other hand, I have absolutely no sympathy for the "victim"
either. She is going to get WAY MORE than she deserves with the civil suit. I figure
he will pay her a couple mil to shut the f*ck up and go away.
