I heard an interview with Coach Croom yesterday. He was talking about what is and is not acceptable on the team (i.e., penalties, turnovers, etc.). He said that he flat out called several of his upper class starters on the carpet and told them point blank what they were doing or had done wrong. He also said that after the UAB game he told the players and coaches who all played or coached a perfect game to stand up. He said told them to "Shut up" "Grow up" and "Get after it". I really couldn't believe he said that. (I can imagine that it happens but for him to be so forthcoming about it is what made my mouth drop)
