oh, 1996 or so. I fixed yore post. You're welcome. It's not Shula, folks. We haven't won a close won since the '99 Florida game at the Swamp. Think of the year 2000: Arkansas, Tennessee, Central Florida, LSU, Auburn, ad nauseum...all could have been won in the 4th. Think of Franchione's first year: UCLA, South Carolina (37-36), Ole Miss (27-24). Think of Franchione's SECOND year: Oklahoma (leading with minutes left), Georgia (last second field goal), Auburn.... We have lost that "fourth quarter mentality" as a PROGRAM. It will take winning some of those to get that back, and that will take, largely, recruiting better athletes who will make those plays to help us win some of those games. JMO....
