Let me get this straight ... you want to buy foreclosed 
homes, but don't want to pay for a _list_ of 
foreclosures? Sounds like you need to work on your 
venture capital --- or lack thereof. In the meantime, 
you, or maybe you should send someone on your behalf ... 
could probably find all the information you're looking 
for at the courthouse.
