Per https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/charter-ietf-spring/, SPRING is about 
source routing (having the host indicate a set of routers that a packet must 
traverse, as in IPv4 source-route-and-record), not routing to a destination and 
using different destination routes depending on the source prefix. Happens to 
have one word in common, but no concepts.
