Body: Dear colleagues,

Per our previous liaison on September 5, 2019, " Follow-on to IETF liaison:
‘Potential RTGWG
work related to the disaggregated BNG architecture’
"(LIAISE-339/Statements#1651) please
find attached a preliminary version of the WT-459 document which includes the
BBF
Disaggregated BNG architecture, interface specification and requirements. These
specifications, among other considerations (e.g., protocol maturity), were used
in the protocol
evaluation and subsequently the selection of 3GPP’s PFCP protocol noted in our
last liaison.
The Broadband Forum will continue completing the work on WT-459 into 1Q2020 and
will keep
the IETF apprised of progress.

Sincerely,
Lincoln Lavoie,
Broadband Forum Technical Committee Chair
