Hello again rtgwg!

we have just uploaded our -01 of the draft and incorporated feedback
collected from various channels as well as triggered by the developers
of the Go and TypeScript versions.
If any of you are interested and time permits, we could introduce our work at 
116 (some
of us may even manage to be on-site).
There is certainly overlap with the work by Roland on KIRA as well, so
maybe we can get a discussion going.
