Hi all, The WGLC is now closed. We didn't receive many supports during the LC, so we left it open longer than planned. However there were good reviews from Quentin Armitage (Thank you!) during the LC, and the comments have been addressed by the authors.
The chairs have decided to move this document forward, and we appreciate the author's efforts working on this document. If you have any objections, please send to the list or let us know.
