Hi Greg, Thanks for simplifying VRRP usage of the P2MP BFD. I support publication.
It might be good to define Active Router IP Address as "The first IPvX address advertised for the Virtual Router by the Active Router (section 2.1 of [RFC9568])." Or "a IPvX address advertised (preferably the first) for the ...". I think the former would suffice.
