Dear all,

According to the valuable feedbacks in the Fantel BoF at IETF 123, and the
suggestions from our responsible AD, a new draft on "Fast Notification Problem
Statement" has been posted.

Review comments and discussion on this document are much appreciated, and we
plan to request for a slot in RTGWG session at IETF 124 to continue the
discussion on this topic.

Many thanks,
Jie (on behalf of coauthors)

> Modern networks require adaptive traffic manipulation including
> Traffic Engineering (TE), load balancing, flow control and protection
> etc. to support applications like AI training and real-time services.
> A good and timely understanding of network operational status, such
> as congestion and failures, can help improve utilization, reduce
