Draft authors –

This draft was originally presented in LSR (IETF119).
At the time you received feedback that there was no need for the protocol 
extensions the functionality was already supported using policy configuration 
on tunnel headend nodes.

You then removed the IGP extensions (thanx for doing that) and presented this 
in RTGWG (IETF122).
Again you received feedback that there was no need for the draft as it 
described functionality which was already supported using policy configuration 
on tunnel headend nodes.

I  do not see that anything substantive has changed.

I see no need to publish drafts – even informational track – for things that 
are more appropriately handled by vendor documentation.

Abstract:

   IGP shortcut mechanism allows calculating routes to forward traffic
   over Traffic Engineering tunnels. This document specifies the
   enhancement of IGP shortcut which can steer routes onto TE-tunnels
   based on colors.
