Sarbajit :

My impression about you has undergone a tremendous change - for the better -
after you have been able to win this longest running RTI battle . Any other
mortal
would have gone down under the circumstances .

As for the bomb that you mentioned - please spare the good ones at the CIC
and courier it to Urvashi in Lucknow . She will put it o a better use  (:

Regulations 2007

Dear Arun /Sidharth

1) Sorry, thnx for correcting the AD slip - BTW I don't track her decisions
except to note that she has been constantly improving. There has been some
tension in CIC after news leaked that IC(SG) is now back in the running for the
PCRF best IC award. Alert readers will note that IC(SG) did not subscribe to
the CIC's condemnation of PCRF /awards. http://cic.gov. in/CIC-Minutes/
Minutes24112009. pdf

2) Cancellation of the CIC Mangement regulations does not automatically mean
all 10 must sit together. Unfortunately the CIC never asks for my legal opinion
(they cant afford me). However, if the CIC doesn't behave after the court's
order (ie. function strictly in terms of RTI Act and DoPT Rules) I am now
uniquely placed to file contempt petitions (my true calling in life) against
them individually. I think I shall start with that 7(3) order where the 4
member "bench" refused to go into my forceful submission that they were sitting
illegaly.
