Dear Arun, Sidharth and Niladri,

At the outset may I say that I am delighted that our enforcement of the new
posting policy has begun to show results -in the form of  focussed and
trimmed mails.

The notified Central RTI (Fee and Cost) Rules are clear that the IPO is
payable to the "*Accounts Officer*" of the Public Authority. (see Rules 3, 4
and 5).
