Dear all,

I currently have some issues in generating off-plane projections where I think
rtk might be helpful.
I am trying to generate projections from an Brainlab ExacTrac geometry.
What I am getting is a projection matrix generated by the system itself. Using
only this information I am able to project any voxel value in a CT onto a panel.
Now, in order to speed everything up a little and not re-implement everything
that has been done sufficiently already I am hoping to use
'rtkforwardprojections'.
The problem is I am not able to reproduce the Brainlab geometry using
'rtksimulatedgeometry' from the projection matrix directly.
I could calculate the room angle of the source to the panel from the projection
matrix but I am getting weird results when applying these on something like
plastimatch, so I think I have an error in there.

Is there a way of creating a geometry simply from the projection matrix or do I
have to work around and calculate every parameter needed specifically?
Maybe someone has some experience with this type of issue.

Thanks in advance!

Philipp
