Hi Dennis, You can do a helical trajectory and I have used our iterative reconstruction tools in this work <http://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/~srit/biblio/clackdoyle2017.pdf> to do helical reconstructions. It works. However, RTK does not have any filtered backprojection reconstruction for helical CT. You can check FreeCT <http://dx.doi.org/10.1118/1.4941953>, I think that what it does. Simon
