Looks like a network issue to me. http*s* may be the problem. It may be an issue with the DNS server. Either in your own network setup or from your ISP.
Maybe making NetworkManager (or whatever you use) regenerate resolv.conf (or your OS equivalent) will help. Or simply rebooting your router (or computer).
