No, /usr/include should already contain a link to
/usr/src/linux/include/linux, so you shouldn't need to mess with that. (It
might be a good idea to check if that link really is in place, though...)
The only link you need to create/update is /usr/src/linux, which should point
at your current Linux kernel tree. All other links use this link, so you
should be fine after fixing that.
