Hi,
I am also working using rt_com driver and I had
cracked Siemens as511 protocol recently...It was
working fine...Tell me what do you mean by changing
input device?. Which Input device ? What are the IRQ
and I/O address?

Initializing was done by rt_com.o driver in
rt_com_setup() function. rt_com look at the I/O port
which has IRQ:4 and I/O address : 3f8. So if you have
different IRQ and I/O address of another port then you
have to modify rt_com driver accoradingly...

I hope this will help you little bit...

Trilok Soni.
