One would be inclined to believe that a good idea would be to take a 
look at RTSJ (the Real Time Specification for Java - APIs' at 
http://www.rtj.org/ ) if you are looking for 
"untranslated"/"deterministic" execution for Java.

If what you are seeking differs from this track I take then please feel 
free to ignore this...
