[rtl] max RT-fifo size

Hello,

I tried to create RT-fifo with size of 128 Mb,
but without success.

Is there some limitation on RT-fifo size?
If so, is it due to RTLinux restrictions 
or Linux kernel properties?

I am using RTlinux distribution purchased from FMSLabs.
