Well, I removed the declaration
extern void rtl_hard_enable_irq(int);
from rt_com.h, since this comes from rtl_time.h, doesn't it ?
What do you need to include rtl_sched.h for in rt_com.c ?

I attached a new pre-version. If you think it is ok I will put out a new
release today. Besides the changes mentioned above I also created a
README and a Makefile.standalone. See wether you are fine with them. The
README definitly needs some thoughts, but its not important anyway.
If you have to make any changes, please send me a diff against these
files.
