SBS told me that they had/were working on Linux drivers. The products
mentioned were the MIL-1553B and ARINC-429 interface boards. You can

I'm in the process of creating a driver for the (older) Ballard PC-1553-2
(and the -3 in the -2 compatibility mode) card since we have literally
dozen's of them installed. Let me know if I can be of any further
