Dear all,

I use kernel 2.2.10-RTL_BETA11 on an i586. I compiled and linked
my modules radic.c and host.c. I got:

root/41>make
gcc -I/usr/include/rtlinux -I/usr/src/rtl/include -I. -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2
-fomit-frame-
pointer -fno-strength-reduce -D__RT__ -D__KERNEL__ -DLINUX -DMODULE -c
../../sourcev2/radic.c -o
radic.mo
gcc -I/usr/include/rtlinux -I/usr/src/rtl/include -I. -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2
-fomit-frame-
pointer -fno-strength-reduce -D__RT__ -D__KERNEL__ -DLINUX -DMODULE -c
../../source/host.c -o
host.mo
ld -r radic.mo host.mo -o robol.m
host.mo: In function `free_RTirq':
host.mo(.text+0x0): multiple definition of `free_RTirq'
radic.mo(.text+0x0): first defined here
make: *** [robol.m] Error 1
root/42>

My guess is the bug is in

/usr/include/rtlinux/asm-i386/rt_irq.h, line 30

where instead of the line

extern int free_RTirq(unsigned int irq)

should be the line (???)

extern inline int free_RTirq(unsigned int irq)

Both radic.c and host.c include /usr/include/rtlinux/asm-i386/rt_irq.h
file but none of them use/define the free_RTirq().

Regards,
