Question on th RTLinu patent. I plan on developing/selling a product
(hopefully in the near future) which will be using RTLinux. What exactly
are my responsibilities towards this patent.
My understanding (from the reading of the posts on this) that if I make
money at it, it is royality free with the exception of a donation for the
legal fees associated with protecting RTLinux.
I understand the GPL agreement.
It sounds like the patent is merely a 'safety-net' from legal attacks for
Victor and FSMLabs. Is that a correct analogy?
Were is this in writing?
