Good idea. Would you be willing to help out?
Meanwhile, I'm pretty sure all API functions in RTL2.0 have manual pages.
There's also GettingStarted.txt file that describes facilities available in RTL
and a FAQ. Should you like to add anything or help with documentation in any
other way, please do not hesitate to contact me.
