First of all, because I'm a student and I'm totally new to Real Time
programming, I would like to know if there is a possibility to the
combine miniRTlinux in my GTK+ GUI program that runs on my normal
Debian/GNU linux system...

Up until now i have downloaded the images:

Heaven:~/downloads$ ls -al *.img
-rw-r--r-- 1 mc303 mc303 1474560 Apr 2 14:27
emty_floppy_1.44MB.img
-rw-r--r-- 1 mc303 mc303 1474560 Apr 2 14:41
minirtlV2.2-i486.img

and dumped them on disk.

The emty_floppy_1.44MB.img didn't boot at all, i got 'boot failed'
message.

With the minirtlV2.2-i486.img i was able to boot and log in to a system,
but i don't know how i can run my test program. And suppose i am able
to run my testprogram, then how do i put that piece of code in my normal
GTK+ program so that i can run it under X windows and still have
reliable results???

Greetzzz

PS: Sorry for the stupid questions, but I'm totally new to this and i
want to inform myself very good before taking big actions and doing
things totally wrong...
