Most of the more modern BIOS's have a direct IRQ allocation scheme that
can be found in one of the BIOS configuration screens. If PNP OS is
off, you can directly assign a particular slot an IRQ. Remember that
the AGP slot and the first PCI slot usually share an IRQ, and the last
PCI slot and first ISA slot usually share an IRQ as well.
Some have a "Reset Configuration Data" option that will force the BIOS
to recompute the IRQ for each PCI card as well.
