[rtl] Win32 hosted Cross-Compiler for RTLinux

Hello Realtimers,

It would be fine (for my project) if I could compile RTLinux modules on MS
Windows. So my question:

Is there a Win32 ( Windows95 or Windows NT) hosted GCC cross-compiler. And
is it suitable for RTLinux module developing.
