RTiC-Lab has a new friend: RTiC-Scope

RTiC-Scope is a standalone application intended to plots all data
generated by the hard real time tasks running in RTiC-Lab.  Among its
features are:

       -Basic plotting functions: continuous, XY plotting, run, stop,
         scale, series selection, and plot labels, to name a few.

        -We can now view on screen the signals coming out of RTiC-Lab.
         More than one signal can be plotted at the same time, with each

         series displayed in a different color from the others for up to

         10 unique colors, and "infinite" number of series per plot
window

        -Basic communication has been set up with RTiC-Lab. Allows us to

         view variables and constants from within RTiC-Scope.

        -Only one plot window is allowed at this time.
