Hi,
I write you because I have one question for you:
I have installed a Linux Real Time (rtlinux-2.2) into a PC104. Now, I want
to buy a CAN tarjet (PC-104 CAN Interface CPC-1041) but it only has a Linux
standard driver (not real time).
I want to do the following aplication:
1. Real time module to read and write I/O for a data adquisition
board (it has real time linux driver).
2. In other application run this Can board (non real time mode) to
read/write for the bus can.
3. Using a FIFO comunicate both aplication.
I think that this is possible but I am not sure if the Can driver for Linux
can be used on a PC witch has RT Linux installed.
Can I really run the system I have described in this three steps?
I would be very gratefull if you could help me as soon as possible.
Best Regards
